Franz-Koller Observatory

This observatory is the oldest in the state of Lower Austria and has been open to the public since 1967.It is unlike many observatories due to its location in the middle of the city and its low elevation, making it susceptible to the winter fog that plagues the region.

City Museum Traiskirchen

The City Museum is one existing Traiskirchen since 1988, largely on volunteer labor BASED regional museum in the Lower Austrian town of Traiskirchen, especially the world of the lives of the first half of the 20th Century, is dedicated.It shows more than 3000 m2 in the landmarked former premises of the plant Mollendorf Voslauer worsted factory display items from viticulture, agriculture, trade and commerce, industry, fire departments, associations and schools.With 35 rooms of this size and it is the largest regional museum in Lower Austria.Since April 2005 there is a permanent exhibition museum hero with 70 moving models.About 100 years ago Johann Korbuly Vienna from this toy for his sons and founded near the factory where the hero was manufactured industrially.

Church of St. Margaret

is the Roman Catholic parish church in the city Traiskirchen and belongs to the Dean's swimming in the Archdiocese of Vienna.The original fortified church was in 1683 in the war against the Turks razed to the ground.With Abbot Gregor Mueller of the Abbey of Melk, the church according to the plans of the architect and builder Mathias Gerl rebuilt and on 12 June 1774 by Prince Archbishop Cardinal Migazzi ordained.The parish church is one of 18 parishes in the deanery bathing the Archdiocese of Vienna.

St. Nicholas Church

This church is notable for its age.It was built around the year 1400.The simple design produced in court church stands detached from the market and is oriented towards the east.Near the refugee camp there is a Protestant church, built in 1913 in Art Nouveau style.

Church of St. Wolfgang

The parish church of St. Wolfgang is in the hamlet Tribuswinkel, it lies in the middle of the village on the main road, free-standing on a terrace surrounded by Linden and is oriented towards the west.The parish church of the Virgin name in Mollersdorf, facing south at Franz-Broschek place in the years 1967/68, designed by architect Carl Aubock been built.Mollersdorf 1968 was elevated to an independent parish.The Church in Oeynhausen is also at the B17.
