Castle of St. Sophia

Mausoleum of Andrej Hlinka
Mausoleum of Andrej Hlinka and Andrej Hlinka Memorial is located in Ruzomberok directly under the Church of St.Andrew.In the year 2007 adopted by the Slovak National Council Act on the merits of Andrej Hlinka, according to which the mausoleum is considered a pious place.The body of Andrej Hlinka, it is not.As a mausoleum crypt served only in the years 1941 to 1945.The representation is also on the Slovak banknotes with a nominal value of SKK 1,000.

Culture house of Andrej Hlinka or short KDAH a multifunctional building in the center of Ruzomberok.There is a hotel, cinema, cafe, restaurant, game room, bar, gym, information center, a theater, shops, offices and also the bank.The total built-up area is 3,010 m2.The building is a center of social and cultural life of Ruzomberok.Almost the entire building was closed due to extensive renovation at the end of the 80th years.For financial reasons, reconstruction lasted more than twenty years.The renovated building and the hotel portion was inaugurated in January 2003, followed by renovation of cultural and social part, during which it has been completely renovated Great Hall, as well as cinema culture, which became one of the most advanced in Slovakia.
