By Road

Highways

C-60, also called Highway of Rock, born in the city and ends in Granollers also connecting with the AP-7 .
C-32, also called Maresme Motorway, connecting the city with the Vendrell ( Tarragona ) by the AP-7 to the south and Palafolls north along the N-II .

By Bus

Linia Mataro has 20 bus and the numbers go from 100 to 120. The bus schedule is 10 am to 5 pm

By Railway

Mataro currently has a station on Line 1 of Renfe Molins de Rei / L'Hospitalet - Blanes / Maçanet-Massanes. Mataro be part of the new orbital rail line Mataro - Vilanova without going through Barcelona,through the cities of the second crown of Barcelona (Granollers, Terrassa, Sabadell, Martorell and Vilafranca). The line will have a length of 120km, 68 of them newly built. Mataro welcome 4 new stations, of which the city has already asked for the modification does not pass through "them senia zinc." Basilica of Santa Maria de Mataro

Basilica of Santa Maria de Mataro : the fifteenth century although early Christian origins, was transformed into a Baroque building in the seventeenth century. Inside it preserves an important baroque altarpiece dedicated to Mare de Deu del Roser, and the Capella dels Dolors, where the set of Baroque painting of the eighteenth century most important of Catalonia, the work of Antoni Viladomat .

Serra House Arnau

Serra House Arnau is XVI century building located in the Carrera is practically the only example of civil architecture of the period remaining in Mataro. Is a typical Renaissance. Can Palauet Tower
