How to Reach

By trains

Passenger service is available in three directions. Kristinehamn located in Varmland Line , formerly North West Main Line , and trains to Karlstad takes about 20 minutes. Here also begins the 1288-kilometer-long Inland Railway , whose terminus is Gallivare .

Kristin's art museum

Kristin's art museum is located northwest of Kristinehamns center of the field Marieberg . It is right next to the lake Vanern surrounded by parks and fine bicycle and walking paths. Picasso had long been wanting to get a large sculpture erected somewhere. It had already been a model sculpture. Nesjar were interrogated in their home in Norway , but the Norwegian municipality probably thought the sculpture was too horrible.
