Church of St. James

The Parish Church of St. James is located southeast of the town and was built in the XVI century and was renovated in the late twentieth century. It is a small rectangular church, with a single nave divided into three sections separated by pointed arches. In the back of the church, beside the altar, stands the bell tower and the sacristy.

Valderrivas

Valderrivas settlement is a village in the municipality of Carcaboso, in the province of Caceres, Spain. It is situated approximately 1 km from the capital city. It was founded between the years 1960 and 1970 and has about 50 inhabitants. It is considered a Carcaboso neighborhood, although it has its own ZIP code. The village consists of a square and some streets. It has a disused school and church itself, and a sports court and a disused dairy cooperative. At first, the area had its own mayor and festivities with feasting and heifers. Neighbors dedicated to cultivating snuff and corn, as well as livestock, since the settlers had their land around the village.

Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta de Coria

The cathedral is located in Coria Coria, Extremadura, in Spain. Its current building, located where the old were Visigoth cathedral, the mosque of the city and the former Romanesque cathedral church, started in the year 1498, ending it 250 years later, around 1748. The Lisbon earthquake occurred on November 1 of 1755 damaged it seriously. The interior holds a magnificent collection of paintings, sculpture and metalwork. Highlights the high altar of the eighteenth century with carvings of Alexander Butcher and the Episcopal burial Jimenez Préxamo by Diego Copin Holland and Garcia de Galarza by Lucas Mitata.

 Roman times Carcaboso

The place where now stands was in Roman times Carcaboso a crossing because of its proximity to the Via de la Plata (actaualmente this road separates Carcaboso terms and Plasencia ).From this period are preserved in Carcaboso several milestones Romans, who are currently placed next to the village church.
