By train

By its location in Vastergotland woodlands, close to both Gothenburg and Jonkoping to Varberg, Boras has since the 1800's second half was something of a hub. Rail traffic to the city is still widespread in both cargo and passenger side with the railways towards Gothenburg, Alvesta Herrljunga and Varberg. Boras Zoo
