Built in very steep terrain, is somewhat peculiar in its architectural form.Later the building became the Town Hall until 1947 and then, until 1998, was one of the locations of the Polytechnic University of Marche, in particular the economics faculty. In this palace on 15 July 1970, was signed the twinning between the towns of Ancona and Split ( Croatia ), the two mayors, respectively, and Alfredo Clovers Milicic.
