It is right on the I-5 and can be reached from Los Angeles on the same road. In rush hour, it may be faster to use Route 91 even if it is longer as it is less congested.

Amtrak and Metrolink provide service at Anaheim Station, located at the north side of Angel Stadium's parking lot, across from Honda Center, and 2.5 miles east of Disneyland. The transit connection to Disneyland is actually best at the Fullerton Amtrak/Metrolink station in the city's pleasant downtown area. From there it's just short a ride on OCTA line 43 to Disneyland. You can also get to Disneyland on Metro bus 460 from Downtown Los Angeles, a semi-express bus that is a fairly slow but direct ride.

Flightdeck Air Combat Center
Flight simulation center that gives civilians the opportunity to pilot fighter jets in actual cockpit simulators. Experience the challenge of aerial maneuvers at 500 knots, aircraft take-offs and landings and the excitement of air-to-air combat. Up to seven people can fly at the same time, each in their own authentic F-16 flight simulator! There is also the "Officer's Club", an observation area where guests can view and listen to all of the action on 19" video monitors, where they will see a small version of what each pilot is seeing during their flight (pilots are looking at a 9 by 12 foot screen) and guests will also hear the interaction between the pilots and the ATC crew (air traffic control).
Disneyland Park
Stay as close to the Park as you can - it's good to be able to come out for a break without losing too much of the day. For most folks the three Disney owned hotels are expensive (about 3 times the cost of off-site hotels and motels) and simply not worth all that money. The off-site hotels on Harbor Blvd from the Howard Johnson's to the Candy Cane Inn are what most folks call walking distance.
Downtown Disney
Downtown Disney is a great addition to the Disney scene, offering many fine shops and restaurants to choose from. There is now a Sephora store and the World of Disney will give you an opportunity to buy many of the souvenirs you may have missed while visiting the Park.
The Rainforest Cafe is a great place to stop and re-fuel before or after visiting Disneyland. Downtown Disney has very easy access from the Grand Californian.
Grove of Anaheim
A 40,000-square-foot entertainment facility features a movie-studio soundstage that provides full production, multimedia and video productions.
Anaheim Hills Golf Course
