Kath Daughter church St. Bartholomew

First mentioned as a daughter church of St. Bartholomew the Vorchdorf was the church dedicated in Einsiedling in 1249. It has a Baroque nave, a choir and a late Gothic crucifix from the year 1480. The building in its present form was completed already in 1665, when the church was consecrated by Bishop of Passau Martin Geiger.From 1803, the first brewery and later (1811) and the Castle of Johann Georg Forstinger acquired and his son Francis. Its direct descendant of Charles Stoehr is still the owner of the building and the brewery.

Branch Church Einsiedling

The largely Gothic church could be up to the 8th Century back. First mentioned as a daughter church of St. Bartholomew the Vorchdorf was the church dedicated in Einsiedling in 1249. It has a Baroque nave, a choir and a late Gothic crucifix from the year 1480. The building in its present form was completed already in 1665, when the church was consecrated by Bishop of Passau Martin Geiger.

War Memorial

The monument was designed by sculptor Gerhard A. from Gmunden. It consists of a three-part stone pedestal. The middle section shows the inscription "The heroes of 1914-1918" and wears the stone figure of St. Michael. The two sides are engraved the names of 70 fallen soldiers from the war Vorchdorf. The monument was on 2 October 1921 by Mayor Michael Kitzmantel unveiled.

Castle Tower

A nearly original preserved Renaissance castle dating from around 1600, and one of the earliest Renaissance buildings in Austria, the castle is located in the city, houses the local museum, together with food.
It is believed that in the 15th Century was the seat of government, founded by Konrad Fischpeck skyscraper here. In the 16th century it was expanded by the remote salvors. The present form - a renaissance square - got the building between 1520 and 1650

Parish Church of the Assumption

Originally, the church should be standing on Kirchenbühel and have been rebuilt after its destruction at the present site, which she received as a pilgrimage church called "Maria Trost in the valley." From 1700 the church was baroque and 1780 provided an onion dome. The last major renovation took place 1971st

Vicarage

The first mention of the parsonage in 1583. In the 17th Century have been repeatedly made to the building renovations. The present form was given the vicarage after 1803 by P. Augustine Staudacher, renewed the entire system parsonage.

Town Hall

The tower is a former fisherman and was a tower of castle tower. Since 1973, it houses some of the local museum.

Eggenberg

The Eggenberg is an old castle near Vorchdorf in Upper Austria. Today it is mainly due to its brewery known.
