By air

Smaland Museum

Smaland Museum-the Swedish Glass Museum is located on South Railway Street in Vaxjo , Smaland and the County Museum of Kronoberg .The museum is the oldest provincial museum with the collection of articles since 1794 . The name is a holdover from the days before the second Smaland counties, Jonkoping and Kalmar counties , had its own county museums. Since the 1930s, the museum has especially low than to show the glass industry , and after extensive rebuilding and building re-opened the museum in 1996 as the Smaland Museum - the Swedish Glass Museum. Kronoberg Castle

Vaxjo Cathedral

Vaxjo Cathedral is the parish church of Vaxjo Cathedral Parish and diocesan church of Vaxjo diocese . The church is of medieval origin, but has largely characterized the 1800s and 1900s restorations .The cathedral is located near Vaxjo lake north shore,southeast of the town square and northeast of the train station in central Vaxjo.This site was originally a peninsula in the lake before the lake was lowered in 1814.The church is externally built of brick and building material are relatively rare so-called "pattern carved kvadersten .

Bergkvara

Bergkvara is a manor and castle ruins in Vaxjo in Smaland . Bergkvara located at Bergkvara Sea about 6 km west of Vaxjo .
