By air

Valladolid Airport ( IATA : VLL, ICAO : LEVD) is located 10 km from Valladolid, in the municipality of Villanubla , at 845.96 meters above sea level, was opened in 1938. Pimentel Palace

Pimentel Palace is a palace in the city of Valladolid . It was the birthplace of Philip II.The building, an example of palace architecture in Valladolid , serves as headquarters for the County Council of Valladolid . Although its construction began in the fifteenth century, has been gradually incorporating elements of later times. Its construction begins by order of the Marquis of Astorga , to become Bernardino Pimentel, himself the owner of the palace when Philip II was born in it, to be housed in the palace, the royal family to attend the courts held in April, 1527 . In 1530 the building was owned by the Counts of Rivadavia. Conventual Church of St. Paul
