Old Town Temecula

Old Town Temecula just west of the I-15, exit Rancho California and turn right on Jefferson/Old Town Front Street. This is the oldest and most historic part of town, complete with old western architecture and charming shops and restaurants. There is a lot of new development going on and it's worth taking half a day exploring Old Town.

Peltzer Pumpkin Farm

Peltzer Farms puts on an amazing pumpkin patch on a real farm in fall! Open in 2010 - Sept 18th through Oct 31st. Features acres of fun including pig races, pony rides, petting farm, train rides, corn, and an area for birthday parties and much more. No admission price.

Don't forget the camera for many candid moments. Open daily 9am-8pm during the fall only. No admission fee, but tickets are sold separately for some attractions.

Redhawk Golf Course

Redhawk Golf Club is a championship public golf course, designed to challenge good golfers on every hole.  It is rated the 7th most difficult public golf course in California, based on surveys done by reputable golf magazines.  The layout is very challenging, with lots of water, sand, grass and pot bunkers on every hole.  The signature hole is #8, which features an island green and an outstanding view from the highly vertical tee box.  It is a full-service course, including driving range, terraced putting greens, Rico's Cantina (which serves Mexican and Southwest style faire), full service bar, snack bar, pro shop and restrooms strategically placed around the course.   The owner, Mc Millin Corporation, has invested in recent improvements, including a new pro shop, restrooms, business offices and putting greens.  The course is scenic and worthy of consideration when traveling to the Temecula area.  It is less than one mile from Pechanga Casino, a complete gambling resort that is the largest casino in the Inland Empire area.

A Grape Escape Balloon Adventure

A Grape Escape Balloon Adventure offers sunrise hot air balloon flights over the Southern California wine country in Temecula, California.  Tours are offered seven days a week weather permitting year round.  Scenic flights are 60-75 minutes in length and include Wilson Creek Almond Champagne, continental breakfast, and flight certificate.  Special packages that include a banner and complimentary cake are available for Birthdays, Anniversaries and Proposals.   Hot air balloons fly at sunrise when winds are calm and stable and the air is cool.
