By Air

Juanda International Airport is the second busiest airport in Indonesia in terms of transit passengers.Many passengers transit through the airport.It is famous as a transit airport between West and East Indonesia and it is also a hub airport of many airlines.In the future, the international airport activities will be removed to the new airport somewhere at Lamongan.However, domestic airport activities will remain at the old airport.

By Train

Surabaya city is connected with a number of cities in Java via the railway.Surabaya has four major railway stations: Wonokromo, Gubeng, Surabaya City, Pasar Turi Station.Pasar Turi Station rail lines serving the northern part of Java Island, majoring in Surabaya - Semarang - Pekalongan - Tegal - Cirebon - Jakarta (Gumarang, Sembrani, Argo Orchid ), including major railway Surabaya-Malang-Blitar ( upgrading ), Surabaya-Kertosono -Blitar ( Dhoho ), Surabaya-Bojonegoro-Cepu (KRD), Surabaya Gubeng - Jember -Banyuwangi ( East Pearl ), Jember-Jakarta- Yogyakarta -Noida (Logawa), Banyuwangi-Yogyakarta (Sritanjung), Surabaya Gubeng - Kiaracondong (Pasundan ), Surabaya- Lempuyangan -Jakarta (GBMS), Surabaya, Semarang Poncol - JAKK (Kertajaya) and train rail diesel SAKK -Porong (commuting). The names of the train is an economy-class train (subject Alit).

By Ferry

Tanjung Perak is the main port of the city and is one of the busiest ports in the country. Nowadays, it is also one of the top ten busiest cargo ports in Southeast Asia. Although the port is nearly traditionally administered, it is also used to carry modern cargo ships worldwide.The other port of the city is located in Gresik, a city which is located less than an hour drive from Surabaya city centre to Gresik via highway.In the future, Gresik will be the location for the new harbor and Tanjung Perak will be demolished and will be redeveloped as a recreation area for Surabaya.

Relations intercity bus terminal is served by two large buses, namely Bus Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) and Bus Station Pond (Osowilangun).Bus Terminal Purabaya or more popularly known as Terminal Bungurasih, is the busiest bus terminal in Indonesia (with passenger numbers up to 120,000 per day), and the largest bus terminal in Southeast Asia.This terminal is outside the border city of Surabaya with a subdistrict Waru, Sidoarjo.This terminal serves routes close range, medium-, and far (AKAP).Bus Terminal Pond (Osowilangun) serves close and medium distance freight traffic north to Semarang.

Surabaya Zoo

is a 37 acres botanical zoo located in the city of Surabaya in East Java, Indonesia.It was built during Dutch occupation, and is one of the more famous zoos in Southeast Asia and one of the key tourist destinations in Surabaya.Bonbin Surabaya, along with many other zoos in the world, breeds the endangered Jalak Bali (Bali Starling) found only in the Western part of Bali island.The success of the breeding program at this zoo allowed the release of 40 starlings into the wild at West Bali National Park in June 2011.

Heroic Monument

also known as Heroes Monument is a monument in Surabaya, Indonesia.It is the main symbol of the city, dedicated to the people who died during the Battle of Surabaya on November 10, 1945.The 10th November Museum is located under the monument.

Galaxy Mall

Suramadu Bridge

is a bridge with three cable-stayed sections constructed between Surabaya on the island of Java and the town of Bangkalan on the island of Madura in Indonesia.Opened on June 10, 2009, the 5.4-km bridge is the longest in Indonesia and the first bridge to cross the Madura Strait.Construction was started on August 20, 2003.In July 2004, a girder collapsed, killing one worker and injuring nine others. Work on the bridge halted at the end of 2004 due to lack of funds, but was restarted in November 2005.The main span of the bridge was connected on March 31, 2009, and the bridge was opened to the public on June 10, 2009.Within a week of the opening, it was discovered that nuts and bolts as well as maintenance lamps had been stolen and that there was evidence of vandalism of cables supporting the main span.The successful completion of the Suramadu bridge has encouraged interest in the possibility of constructing a much larger Sunda Strait Bridge across the Sunda Strait at the western end of Java.
