Oginski Palace

The palace was built brick by Kazimierz Czartoryski before 1730.Mansions built in place of wood, which was mentioned in 1698.In years in 1769 - in 1770 conducted a thorough renovation of the palace Frederick Michael Czartoryski, the son of Kazimierz.In 1775 Alexander Oginska inherited her father Michael, the palace along with the goods siedleckimi.In the years 1779-1781 it was rebuilt according to plans of the palace of Stanislaw Zawadzki.In the central part of the upper floor was added along with new front elevation.On the sides were added two wings crosswise.The whole character of the building has become a classic.

Alexandria City Park

Diocesan Museum in Siedlce

was founded in 1918 by an initiative of Fr.bp.Henry Przezdziecki as a museum of the Diocese of Podlasie, based in Janow Podlaski.In 1924 the museum will be moved (along with the diocese) to Siedlce.The museum building is the episcopal curia.1991 years is moved to new headquarters at ul.Swirski.In the years one thousand nine hundred ninety-two-1999 were carried out major work to adapt the premises for the purpose of the museum.The museum has many exhibits that are constantly subjected to restoration work.The most valuable is the only one in Poland picture painted by El Greco Ecstasy of St. Francis.

Regional Museum in Siedlce
