How to Reach

By Air

In Radom there are two airports.The military airport in Sadkow (IATA: QXR, ICAO: EPRA),with no public flights,and the general aviation airport in Piastow (ICAO: EPRP).For public flights, the closest airport is Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport (IATA: WAW, ICAO: EPWA) located in the area of Okecie in Włochy, some 10 km south of the center of Warsaw and 95km north of Radom.It takes about 1 hour by car to get to Radom from there.In the near future, a railway connection is planned.

By Train

There are numerous trains throughout the day linking Radom with other cities in Poland.For more distant connections, change at one of Warsaw's stations may be needed.The main station in Radom is located at Prazmowskiego Street, and usually referred to simply as Dworzec PKP by the locals.The station is located south of the city centre and is within a walking distance from the Żeromskiego Street.Public transportation links are very convenient, as many bus lines stop around here; the bus station with connections to other cities is located very close too.

By Bus

The main bus station (Dworzec PKS in Polish) for long-distance connections is located at Prazmowskiego Street, just next to the Main Post Office (Poczta Glowna) and the train station (Dworzec PKP).A number of buses also stop at bus stops in the proximity of the train station.

By Car

You can easily reach Radom by car rom Warsaw, Gdansk, Kielce and Krakow, by national road 7, E77: Gdansk – Warsaw – Radom – Kielce – Krakow – Chyzne,from Rzeszow, by national road 9, E371: Radom – Rzeszow – Barwinek,from Lublin and Lodz, by national road 12: Piotrkow Trybunalski – Radom – Lublin – Dorohusk.

Jacek Malczewski Museum

Kazimierz Pulaski Technical University

Church And Monastery Bernard
