Zhalong Nature Reserve

(Buses for the reserve leaves from the bus station on Longhua Road or from the train station, take around 1 hours). The reserve is home to lots of birds including cranes. Best visited in April-June, but July-September is possible.

Summertime night market

Lions Communications Inc. ("LCI") is the exclusive operator of the popular Summer Night Market in the Vancouver suburb of Richmond. LCI was granted the licence to operate this outdoor market by the City of Richmond in May 2008. The shareholders of Lions Communications Inc. are successful local business men who bring to the company decades of experience in event management, media relations, advertising and media including print, radio and television. They are James Ho (founder of Channel M Television and Mainstream Broadcasting Corporation, as well as CHMB AM1320 multicultural radio station), Alvin Au of Paramount Communications and Boom Strategies, and Paul Cheung of Paradise Entertainment Group and Avia Pacific Enterprise.
