Provincial highway 3 (the Crowsnest Highway) bisects the town east-west. It travels east from Vancouver and Hope (British Columbia) and west from Osoyoos in the Okanagan. Provincial highway 5A travels south from highway 97C (The Okanagan Connector) about 20km east of Merritt.
Princeton and District Museum
167 Vermilion Ave, 10am-5pm. The Pollard wing houses one of the most extensive mineral and fossil collections in British Columbia. The museum also contains an extensive collection of documents and artifacts which tell the story of Princetons historical significance.
Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum is dedicated to evolution and geology with displays of marine and land inhabitants from prehistoric to modern species.
Opera Festival of New Jersey
Opera Festival of New Jersey performs both classic and modern repertory each summer. Opera Festival also presents informative lectures and pre-opera talks to enhance the opera medium. A children's opera tour is held each year.
