Castle Ebersberg

Castle Ebersberg was formerly called Upper Girsberg.It is documented since the 16th Century detectable.In the 17th and 18 Century owned by the Kunz family and therefore also called Kunzenhof.1816, bought the famous surgeon Johann Nepomuk Sauter's house which he transformed it into a stately mansion.The building burned down in 1848 and was rebuilt, the owner was Count Eberhard von Zeppelin, the brother of Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin.1928 was followed by a renewed reconstruction.In the 1950s the castle was built by the German industrialist Friedrich Flick bought and renovated.

Rock and Felsenschlossli

Castle Brunegg
