Civic Hall, Eslov

Civic Hall in Eslov is to come after one of Eslov announced architectural contest. It was designed by architect Hans Asplund. The drawings came to New York in 1947 while building construction started in 1955 and was consecrated September 28 1957. The purpose of the building would be to house "lectures, dramatic and literary performances, exhibition of gymnasitik, artistic dance, cinema, and similar events which do not jeopardize the healthy and educational entertainment."
