The national highway N-634 , which runs through the township from east to west along the highway A-8 , which has a shared access with Eibar. These two facilities, along with the narrow gauge railway line Bilbao - San Sebastian of Euskotren , Ermua link with the capital of Guipuzcoa, San Sebastian, and Vizcaya, Bilbao.
The road BI-2301 connects it with the Biscay coast and the BI-3302 with the neighboring Mallabia of which only 3 km apart.

Valdespina Palace

Valdespina Palace was built in 1738 is a magnificent building style residential Baroque Baroque framed within the world of the second quarter of the eighteenth century cultivated and ornamented version. It was designed by architect Joseph de Zuaznabar. Today is the town hall of the villa.

St. James Parish Church

St. James Parish Church dates from 1600, is a beautiful building renaissance . Kind of church is a nave of three bays with aisles between the stirrups high. In front of the nave is also an octagonal chapel closer. It is covered by vault. It has a Baroque choir and two chapels. The order of completion of the works which the Cardinal Andrew of Orb and Larreátegui performed Lecuna Sebastian was completed by his brother Joseph Zuaznabar. The furniture also reflects the rich Cardinal intervention. Stresses the high altar, the organ and the private chapel of Cardinal and his grave. The altar is made of walnut wood, Baroque, with Solomon columns at the sides. In his ornacinas a series of polychrome sculptures, polychrome altarpiece is without, among which stands out of Santiago riding on the Moors in the Battle of Clavijo . The organ is the same type as the altarpiece, monumental and polychrome. There are other small gilded wood altarpieces protorrococo and rococo style.

Lobiano Palace

Lobiano Palace was Built in the XVI century by Don Francisco de Lobiano is a good example of a residential palace Renaissance and one of the greatest contributions to the architecture of the Renaissance in Vizcaya. This construction has been the same Lobiano residence, a convent of nuns, village and now home after being refurbished in culture for 6 years. Original is only part of the facade and opened as a house of culture on February 1 of 2007 .

Monument of Agustin Ibarrola

Monument of Agustin Ibarrola this corten steel sculpture created in 2002 is a tribute to the victims of terrorism. Geometric forms it represents the political situation in Euskadi. Its author, Agustin Ibarrola, a defender of "the constitutional freedoms of the Basque people" contributed this piece in memory of the victims of terrorism

San Pelayo

San Pelayo (XVII) is a sculpture of transition between the Renaissance and Baroque from the early seventeenth admits the importance of the Camino de Santiago Ermua passing through the village development. Its Renaissance chapel was demolished in 1965. During 3 years kept a particular figure. In 1968 he opened the chapel of San Pelayo where exposed since the figure. Restored in 2006, is a great example of Renaissance sculpture in Euskadi.
