By Car

Coppet is easily reached by car, with direct access to the A1 Motorway and the National Road 1 (Commonly called the "Lake Road" or the Route Suisse).

By Bus

Coppet is also connected to Geneva by rail connections, as well as a bus service to Nyon.

Château de Coppet, An 18th century château, where residents Jacques Necker, finance minister to Louis XVI, and Madame de Staël-Holstein, are buried. Necker and his daughter were hosts to Chateaubriand, Byron, and Benjamin Constant. The museum is a private home and houses a collection of portraits and sculpture.

Old Town Museum, In this restoration of an early 19th century interior visitors can view local arts and crafts, musical instruments, weapons and stained glass.
